Our Events

Networking can sound a daunting word but it is really important to meet new people and share ideas when you are in business. It is easy to stick with the people you know, and equally, it can be really hard to introduce yourself to someone you don’t know.

We know women in business are busy people. Therefore we designed our events to be efficient. We start at around 5.15pm usually and the first part of the event is intended to be inclusive and friendly – with the addition of some nibbles and a bar so you can purchase a drink of your choice if you wish. Challenge yourself to meet someone new!

What happens at our events

  • A short ‘Business Toolbox’ is the first segment of our event, a snappy overview of tools and resources that can enable us all to work smarter – not harder.

  • Our guest speaker segment is 30 minutes long, and there is usually the opportunity to ask questions at the end, or immediately after the event.

  • Then you can either be out the door by 6.30pm and home to your families or stay on for a little more networking if you wish.

    That’s it, a short and efficient event. If you take away a few useful things or have met someone new, we have achieved our goal and are very happy.
